Jennifer Wheeler Brooks

Jennifer has been WisCARE’s social worker since 2021. She helps clients find agencies and programs that they need, works to build and strengthen the clinic’s relationships with other organizations in Dane County, and teaches social work students training at WisCARES. Jennifer loves being at WisCARES, especially being around animals and animal lovers every day. She has two golden doodles, and is trying (unsuccessfully, so far) to learn to take care of their constantly growing, super-fluffy hair. She also has six chickens who eat every dandelion and Japanese beetle they can find.
