Haidi Rodriguez

Haidi was born and raised in Chicago, IL and graduated from the Fox College veterinary technology program in 2012. She has experience in private practice and emergency care. She served as the medical services supervisor at an animal shelter in southern Wisconsin, where she became more interested in community outreach and providing access to veterinary care. She joined the WisCARES team in November 2020. Haidi’s favorite part of her job is being able to use her critical thinking skills to come up with solutions for the clinic, as well as for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, backpacking, hiking, camping, and putting together adult LEGO sets and jigsaw puzzles. She lives at home with her son. They have fostered a handful of animals but have yet to have pets of their own, however, they hope to add a furry friend to their family someday.
