Amanda Gimenez

Dr. Amanda Gimenez joined the WisCARES team as a clinical instructor in the summer of 2025 following her graduation from the University of Wisconsin – School of Veterinary Medicine. She enjoys working with clients and students to find solutions and improve the lives of pets! Dr. Gimenez enjoys growing and developing her skills as a young doctor and building on her years of pre-vet school experience in urgent care. Dr. Gimenez is originally from Wisconsin and has enjoyed being a member of the Madison community since coming here for her undergraduate degree in 2017. She enjoys spending time outside with family hiking or camping and is the proud owner of a golden retriever, Kilo, and two cats, Calloway and Squash.
