As a community-focused organization, WisCARES receives our funding through private donations, grants, and our relationship with the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. We have a few paid staff and a lot of dedicated volunteers, both professional and students. We are always happy to accept physical and monetary donations! We would also love more volunteers–email us to find out more!
Where does your help go?
- $15 can help get a dog a rabies vaccine.
- $100 can spay a dog so that their family can get into housing.
- $200 can help us provide a month of boarding and foster for a dog so that their person can access their own medical care.
Any donation is helpful! We have a donation jar in our waiting room, and often see our least advantaged clients throwing in their pocket change–we appreciate every cent!
Thank you for your help!
To donate by mail, send a check made out to WisCARES to our clinic. We’re also happy processing cash donations during our normal business hours. Our clinic address is:
